CNC Machining – Capability to Produce Various Models
We provide CNC machining services with the capability to manufacture various
models and components, in accordance with technical documentation or specific
customer requirements. Our machining processes cover a wide range of materials,
including: plastics, steel, aluminum, stainless steel other metals and engineering
materials. We guarantee high precision, consistent quality, and flexibility in both
serial and individual production.
Galvanizing on supports
of the maximum dimensions of the object: length up to
1500mm, height up to 700mm, width up to 500mm, coating thickness according to
DIN and ISO standards ranges from 5 to 25 microns.
Drum galvanizing
of small items such as screws, washers, nails, nuts, etc. they
clink on the same line in the drums.
The smallest dimensions of the objects that we can start in this way are 1.5 mm in
diameter (eg nails, wire thickness 1.5 mm).
The thickness of the coating can be from 5 to 12 microns.
